MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the co-founders os 3INA the individual will be responsible for lead digital strategy across all digital verticals and leads the overall brand vision and product strategy for the brand globally. The role requires strong leadership managing Marketing, Product, Creative and E-Commerce departments and strong partnership with cross functional partners such as International Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain as well as collaboration with local markets. Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit will be needed to build the 3INA brand from long-term strategy, brand equity fundamentals and communication to planning base business activation. This role will be responsible for engaging with the local markets to ensure excellence in execution of brand strategy and initiatives by the local markets. The individual will be responsible for delivering on the financial targets of 3INA by: Digital: Manage and provide leadership to digital content, social media, eCRM & digital marketing and digital platform experience global teams. Lead the restructure of the full global digital ecosystem for the 3INA brand, establishing a joined technical set up, & localized versions of the website, app & social accounts for consumer and professional audiences. Pilot ecosystem and all per-channel innovation and establish best practice before localizing and toolboxing guidelines for the markets, with clear prioritization to cater for markets with different levels of digital maturity and staffing. Lead global digital marketing strategy and establish central search & performance media solution to support affiliate markets whilst also developing tiered, per budget model to support local franchise markets, with the view to explode awareness globally. Develop analytics tagging strategy and automated reporting across web, app and social using Google Analytics. Lead the implementation of global eCom on 3ina.com and etailers and use eCommerce to power social and app commerce across all markets. Lead social and micro-influencer and content creator strategy including operating all global/US social channels, as well as social submissions and guidelines to the markets. Lead digital content creation and design including codifying of content production style guide, tone of voice, web design guide, and digital content submissions to all markets. Push brand content to be more diverse, culturally relevant and fit for use globally to drive brand affinity and increase consumer pull through social conversation and word of mouth. Global digital budget responsibility. Ensure that 3INA remains at the forefront of evolving tech and digital trends. Global Product Management: Lead product strategy developing both short-term and long-term assortment strategy that aligns with brand goals. Lead team to develop product innovation based on analytics and insights of market trends, competitive landscape, assortment gaps and new category opportunities while leveraging creativity and beauty intuition. Strong ability to dissect consumer insights and foresee business opportunities quickly to maximize results. Partner with Product Development team on all aspects of the product including formula validation through in-depth testing and analysis. Develop and manage product sampling strategy and budget. Key decision-maker and business leader in the product development lifecycle to ensure key milestones are met for on-time launches. Accurate and insightful sales forecasting for sourcing and inventory planning. Global Brand Strategy & Activation: Deliver global brand strategies and plans to all regions Work closely with cross functional teams on all aspects of the execution of the brand including creative, copy, style guides, visual merchandising, e-commerce and education. Partner with Creative team to develop and deliver global creative assets to support global strategies and activations. Advise and partner with marketing and social teams on key client messages to ensure effective and consistent execution of the brand and products. Build strong and effective relationships with internal teams, including inventory planning, education, creative, marketing, product development, international teams, e-commerce and operations. Continue to improve processes to maximize cross-functional communication and activation. THE 3INA IDEAL FIT At least 15 years relevant work experience in brand equity and digital marketing as well as previous P&L management. Experience in beauty industry is strongly preferred. Experience in leading people at a Director level is a must. International experience is a must. Knowledge across all areas of brand management. Strong analytical and strategic skills is needed for the role. Strong financial acumen and ability to understand and manage a brand P&L Keen eye for beauty & aesthetics to be able to evaluate creative work. Strong presentation and communication skills. Strong operational & financial discipline. Driven & ambitious leader with strong sense of ownership, accountability, collaboration skills (win for the team) and results/action-oriented. MS Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint) A bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
