We are looking for a junior sales person to work with several Senior sales people on the Institutional sales. Job Summary: - Assist experienced sales professionals. Seek to gain an understanding of client investment styles and needs. Accompany sales professionals to client meetings. Participate in relationship building outings and events. - Assist with cross-selling opportunities. - Help identify possible leads through client interactions and research. - Participate in sales meetings. - Assist with scheduling of roadshows, travel itineraries. - Additional responsibilities as requested. - Build Fund Comparisons with different tools such as MorningStar or Bloomberg. Key skills: - Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business preferred. - Strong marketing, business development and selling skills. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Self Confidence. - Ability to work effectively under pressure. - Team working skills. - Keen interest in and understanding of financial markets. - Communication skills.
