We want to help companies hire the best professionals in a more flexible way, improving their productivity while helping millions of workers increase their employability, income and quality of life.
This is made possible due to the technology we have created, which is based on 5 pillars:
1. An algorithm that matches workers with real-time offers in the app.
2. A database with all our workers with a rating system based on big data analytics.
3. A digital contracting process that allows the worker to sign his contract in the app and upload all the necessary documents.
4. A CRM for the calculation and automatic payment of payroll.
5. Tools and algorithms for optimizing schedules and monitoring performance.
About the company
We are headquartered in Madrid, where Jobandtalent was founded in 2009. Since then it has obtained financing worth more than 80 million euros from the best technological risk capital funds in Europe, becoming one of the most valued Spanish startups internationally with current revenues of over 200 million Euros per year.
Behind our technological platform that employs tens of thousands of workers in great companies like Amazon, Uber, Santander and H&M, we have a team of 400 employees distributed in offices in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Mexico and Colombia.

As a VP of Global Controlling, you will be responsible for overseeing, directing, and administering all financial operations of Jobandtalent. This position is a strategic business partner who helps us achieve our goals by being an advocate, change leader, and champion for inspiring achievements in the finance team.
Help us moving fast and achieving our strategic goals running our control activities globally.
Oversee financial and statutory reporting for all our group companies.
Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.
Responsible for our group audit on a global basis.
Manage our p&l and balance sheet globally.
Manage our tax planning and position globally.
Manage our intercompany positions and consolidation.
Manage our control policies globally.
Requirements and Skills:
Degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field. MBA desirable.
10+ years of experience in finance or related work and management experience in financial reporting and internal control design, including (i) 2+ years working in audit roles and (ii) 2+ years working in a finance department in a hands-on role.
Have relevant procurement experience in a world class environment.
Have worked in a multinational and fast growth environment.
Familiar with Netsuite / Procurify (plus) and good ERP (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of internal controls and internal governance.
Have managed audit processes globally (and has experience in UK audit standards).
Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization.
Bilingual Spanish and English.
