We are very excited to offer a key role within our business as Digital Brand Director. This is a highly creative yet analytical role working with a disruptive indie brand bringing a new approach to beauty.
You will be one of 3 directors leading all functional heads of departments across the business reporting to the co-founders.
Your direct reports include Heads of Ecom/Etailers, Design, Marketing and Product with full budget ownership of each department.
Your goal is to implement a data driven consumer centric culture with our highly creative HQ and field teams.
At 3INA we are obsessed with our consumers experience of our brand at all touch points, you will lead this obsessive behaviour in product, packaging, VM, ecom, content, social, flagship locations, etc
Working with our unique approach to beauty DNA, you will evolve our customer service proposition to become a USP of 3INA’s brand culture.
Working closely with the co-founders and directors, you will lead the design, development, implementation and KPI measures of all digital brand marketing content and social strategies relevant to all countries and channels.
With a highly talented eCommerce team, you will lead the way for a disruptive approach to discovering 3INAs world to access our products online around the world.
Our unique approach to beauty has created an indie brand cult following, the #3inamovement, you will be responsible for continuing the growth of our engaged loyal community to be their favourite colour beauty brand.
As a disruptive beauty retailer, we don’t always get things right, that’s okay it’s part of our innovative business model, you will work closely with the directors to lead the Brand and sell through strategy.
3INA role must haves:
- 8 yrs plus experience as a director or digital company owner
- Digital DTC leadership
