As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll play a key role in the company. Your primary responsibility will be to support OPINATOR’s Customer Success team through a variety of assigned projects and ad-hoc assistance with customer-related demands. You’ll have 3 principal elements in your position: Customer Success Management, Technical Solutions and Customer Experience. In other words, you will help our customers to be successful and achieve their goals by using our software platform. You’ll be able to understand the client’s needs, and requirements, and to find solutions in a quick and efficient way.

Concrete responsibilities:
− Provide solutions on top of the OPINATOR platform to meet our client’s needs.
− Train our clients on how to use the tool and make it cost-effective.
− Follow up with the client once he is using the tool.

For this position, you’ll need:
− A Bachelor's Degree. Technician’s degrees will be of advantage.
− Previous experience in customer relationships will be considered. − Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. − A strong drive and desire to learn and ability to adapt.
− Fluent Spanish and English (Level C1). Additional languages will be of advantage.
− Proficiency in MS Office.
